RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Delco Shoes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy and transparent return process. Products purchased at delcoshoes.com can only be returned to us. Products purchased in-store should be returned to the store. Delco Shoes reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Return window
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests raised after 7 days may not be accepted.
Seal tag Requirement
- Every product includes a seal tag to ensure a smooth return process.
- The seal tag must remain attached, intact, and untampered.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the seal tag is removed, damaged, or tampered with.
Eligibility for return or exchange
- Products are eligible only if they are:
- Unused and in original condition.
- Returned in their original packaging (the same box in which they were delivered).
- Returned within the 7-day return window.
- Not purchased on sale — Sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged, defective, or wrong products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange at customercare@delcoshoes.com.
How to raise a return or exchange request
- Email us at customercare@delcoshoes.com with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and — for exchanges — the replacement item or size you'd like.
Packaging
- Please return the product in its original shoe box and packaging so it can be properly inspected.
Pickup process
- Our team will arrange a pickup from your address within 3–5 business days of your request.
- Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the refund process will begin.
- Please note that a ₹100 logistics fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover reverse shipping costs.
Refunds — prepaid orders
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only, after deduction of the ₹100 logistics fee.
- Processing time is 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds — Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Please provide your bank account details when raising the return request.
- Refunds are processed after deduction of the ₹100 logistics fee.
- Processing time is 20–22 business days, depending on your bank.
